Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational and routine departmental tasks
- Manage high‑volume workloads while meeting deadlines
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and proper records
- Complete and submit documentation within assigned timelines
- Support client relationship management professionally

- Communicate clearly via email, phone, and digital platforms
- Organize tasks to meet customer expectations and timelines
- Own client inquiries and complaints through resolution
- Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly

Schedule & Requirements
- Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
- Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 9:30 AM (as per operational needs)
- Holidays: UK holidays only
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Other: Fluency in English (mandatory), strong MS Excel skills, sound commercial sense
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
