Your Role: Sales Development + Operations Manager

You’re the first step in turning leads into lifelong clients. You’ll qualify leads, schedule estimates, nurture relationships, and set our sales team up for success — across residential and B2B development.

You’ll also manage marketing vendors and channels to ensure we get the lead quantity and quality we need. Plus, you’ll provide operational support to the owner.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Residential Sales Development

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule estimates
  • Manage lead platforms and keep Salesforce data clean
  • Follow up with leads and past clients to boost conversions
  • Communicate across calls, emails, and texts

Operational Support

  • Help manage and optimize our sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to hit goals
  • Be the hub of seamless communication across the team
  • Track company-wide results, adjust strategies, and seek improvements
  • Manage the owner’s email and provide light calendar support

Compensation & Job Details

  • Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays, Sundays always off)
  • Starting salary: $70,000/year
  • Performance bonuses in the range of $5,000 - $15,000
  • Benefits: Generous PTO, phone stipend, health insurance stipend, investment in your development
  • Paid biweekly
  • Raises and promotions available to top performers
