About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, polished, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. You will handle front-desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and positive attitude
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries; direct them to the appropriate departments
Manage check-ins, sign-ins, and visitor logs
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars (if applicable)
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
Provide general administrative support to staff (filing, data entry, document prep)
Follow company procedures for security and visitor management
Assist with office supply management and vendor coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills
Professional demeanour, good presentation, and confident guest handling
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Ability to remain calm, polite, and helpful in a fast-paced environment
