Office Sales Executive

Sales Experience from FM Firm (Cleaning Company) – Mandatory

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join Skodtec Cleaning LLC. The right candidate must have proven sales experience in a Facility Management (FM) or Cleaning Company, with a strong track record of winning contracts and building long-term client relationships.

This role requires someone who understands the FM and cleaning industry, has an existing client network, and can confidently generate new business opportunities through outdoor sales and direct client engagement. The candidate should be capable of presenting tailored cleaning solutions to corporate, residential, and commercial clients, ensuring business growth while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cleaning and FM services sector.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits, presentations, and client meetings to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and FM industry developments.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handover and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in a Facility Management or Cleaning Company – mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience.
• Strong client network and knowledge of FM/cleaning industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve results under pressure.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
