Office Secretary

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Office Secretary for our construction company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction field, with strong skills in document control and handling DDA submissions and other legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the office
  • Handle and organize project documentation and records
  • Prepare and submit documents to DDA and other legal authorities
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper filing systems
  • Coordinate with project managers and other team members
  • Handle correspondence and communication effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector in Dubai
  • Strong knowledge of DDA submissions and other legal submittals
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control systems
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Female candidates are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • construction: 3 years (Preferred)
