Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Office Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedules.
- Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses.
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Meetings & Events
- Organize board meetings, management meetings, and company events.
- Ensure proper setup, documentation, and logistics for all executive engagements.
- Task & Project Follow-Up
- Track important deadlines and remind the CEO of pending tasks.
- Support in preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist in managing special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role.
- Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
