Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Secretary located in Doha, Qatar. Day-to-day tasks include providing clerical and administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, assisting with office management, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Office Secretary will also be responsible for maintaining organized records and files, responding to internal and external inquiries, and supporting executive staff as needed.

  • Clerical Skills and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Company Secretarial Work
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
