Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and handle phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Ensure effective time management by prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to facilitate smooth office operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other computer literacy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
