Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle communications.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring necessary resources are available.
  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow and communication.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
