Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a busy office environment. This role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties

  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
  • Assist with office management tasks including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
  • keeping track of accounts and bills as needed
  • welcoming clients in the show room and directing them the best you can to the products right for them.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of office software applications.
  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred but not necessary
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
