Job Responsibilities
- Keep accurate and updated records for all materials received and issued from the store.
- Issue raw materials to the production team in line with daily operational needs.
- Regularly review stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Carry out routine stock inspections, including physical counts and audits.
- Maintain proper storage standards, including correct labelling and handling of materials, in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Work closely with the quality control and production teams to verify materials before use.
- Identify and record any damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock items and escalate them for management approval or disposal.
- Keep the store area clean, organized, and efficient for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare periodic inventory reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as required.
- Follow company SOPs, internal controls, and compliance guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory or store management, ideally in a food production environment.
- Strong knowledge of stock management processes, documentation, and inventory control.
- Competent in MS Excel; experience with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
