Job Overview:
Ana & Batla Industries is looking for a competent Finance Officer to support financial operations and documentation processes. The role involves coordination with banks, maintaining financial records, and assisting the finance team in reporting and compliance activities.

Qualification:
B.Com, BS Finance, MBA Finance, CA Inter, or ACCA/CMA (Part Qualified)

Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector or well-established organizations.

Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems and strong command of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support LC retirement processes and coordinate documentation with banking partners.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining landed cost sheets for imported goods.
• Manage cheque deposits, remittance documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare customer aging reports and share ledger details with the sales team.
• Assist in compiling board presentations and recording meeting minutes.
• Maintain corporate compliance documentation and coordinate with external consultants.
• Conduct stock verification activities required by banks and maintain supporting records.
• Ensure proper record keeping and provide general support to the finance department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
