Job Summary:
The GIN Officer is responsible for preparing and managing Goods Issuance Notes (GIN) for the timely and accurate dispatch of inventory items. This role ensures that goods issued are in line with approved requisitions and company policies, and maintains proper documentation for audit and inventory control purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue Goods Issuance Notes (GIN) for all outgoing materials based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure the accuracy of item descriptions, quantities, batch numbers, and issuing department in all GINs.
- Coordinate with storekeepers and warehouse staff to facilitate smooth and timely dispatch of goods.
- Verify and cross-check physical items before issuance to prevent discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing of all GINs and related documentation for audit and record-keeping.
- Liaise with procurement and accounts departments for reconciliation of material issuance.
- Update inventory systems (manual or software-based) in real time to reflect issued items.
- Support periodic stock counts and assist in identifying variances, if any.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols during material handling.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, or monthly GIN reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in inventory, stores, or warehouse operations. Experience in issuing goods and maintaining records is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems or ERP software.
- Proficient in MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
