Store Keeper

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining proper records, issuing and receiving materials, and ensuring smooth operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Record stock levels and update stock registers/ERP system.
  • Ensure safe handling and proper storage of materials.
  • Monitor stock movement and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and accounts department for stock requirements.
  • Prevent stock losses through proper monitoring and reporting.
  • Keep store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in inventory/store management.
  • Strong knowledge of stock keeping and inventory software (ERP/MS Excel).
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible individual.
