Inventory manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient storage, and smooth supply chain flow while minimizing costs and preventing shortages or overstocking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall inventory levels to meet business needs and customer demand.
• Develop and implement effective inventory tracking systems.
• Monitor stock movement and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to forecast demand.
• Oversee warehouse staff and establish standard operating procedures.
• Generate inventory reports for management and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies in storage and handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as Inventory Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Odoo, Zoho).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Leadership abilities with experience in managing teams.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
