A. Insurance Program Administration
- Manage day-to-day operations of employee health, life, and disability insurance plans.
- Oversee enrollment, termination, updates, and renewals in coordination with insurance providers and brokers.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of insurance records in HRIS and other relevant systems.
B. Employee Support & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to health and life insurance.
- Provide clear communication and guidance on insurance benefits, eligibility, claims processes, and submissions.
- Conduct periodic briefing sessions and prepare communication materials (emails, FAQs, brochures).
C. Claims Management and Coordination
- Facilitate claims processing; liaise with insurance carriers to track claim status and resolve issues or discrepancies.
- Support employees in preparing and submitting documentation for claims.
- Monitor claim trends and escalate unresolved issues to higher HR leadership.
D. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal policy requirements related to health and life insurance.
- Prepare periodic reports on plan utilization, cost analysis, claims trends, and key performance indicators for management review.
- Support internal and external audits related to employee benefits.
E. Vendor/Broker Management
- Coordinate with insurance brokers and external partners for timely service delivery.
- Support RFP processes or renewals, including data collation and initial analysis.
- Follow up with vendors on service level agreements and performance benchmarks.
F. Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline insurance administration processes within the Shared Services framework.
- Assist in system enhancements, automation, and best practice implementation.
Qualifications & Experience, Education
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, with exposure to benefits and insurance management.
- Prior experience in a shared services model, HR operations, or insurance coordination preferred.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
