Qualification: Minimum 14 years of education (any discipline)
Experience: Fresh to 1 year

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputed client in the Ports & Logistics sector.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer Operations to manage import/export documentation, billing processes, and customer coordination while supporting senior documentation staff.

Key Requirements

· Basic reading & writing skills in Urdu & English

· Ability to handle import/export documentation & billing as per SOPs

· Willingness to work in shifts (including nights, weekends & public holidays)

· Physically & mentally fit as per QHSE standards

· Computer literate with strong coordination skills

· Customer-focused mindset with professionalism & integrity

Key Responsibilities

· Receive, verify, process, and enter documents into the system

· Issue proforma invoices and gate passes

· Process special service requests

· Coordinate with Helpdesk & senior officers for smooth operations

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, legal & company requirements

· Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct

· Support training and mentoring of junior staff
