We are seeking a Operations Manager to join the Admin Team in our Bengaluru office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients and colleagues with exceptional services.

Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, and strategizing the daily operations and routine
Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
Managing operation team members
Daily planning/debrief
Meeting Notes and documentation
MIS Reports preparation/tracking
Organizing employee engagement activities
Organizing parties & get together activities
IT assets tracking and distribution
Tracking Fixed Assets
Tracking contracts and renewals
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Liaising with property consultants for long term office lease’s
Coordinating with Car Rental company for daily employee transportation service
Basic qualifications for the opportunity
You have proven 10+ yrs. of work experience in office management, office operations, office administration & office travel & event management
You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field
You have excellent organizational and time management skills
You are experienced in vendor management and purchasing
You can work independently and in a team environment
You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
You have strong communication skills
