We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Karachi.

Officer Operations (Logistics)

Qualification:

• MBA / BBA – Supply Chain

Experience:

• 2-3 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock handling through regular monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for seamless operations.
• Coordinate with vendors for outsourced transportation, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with warehouse teams for storage and dispatch of goods.
• Supervise, train, and guide logistics staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline interdepartmental processes.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Skills:

• Understanding of supply chain / logistics operations.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with cold chain logistics and TAT compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and logistics tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
