Position: Officer – Production (MI/Assembly/SMT)

Diploma with 3+ years of manufacturing industry and assembling process (EMS manufacturing will be preferred)

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for line production
Why-why analysis, root cause analysis, and closure of all causes
Process improvement
Communication with CFT on production, quality and other issues
Coordination with Store and Dispatch
Train newly hired operators for production process
Manpower handling
Kaizen and improvement suggestion

Safety & quality first drive
