We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Executive – Security & Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets, minimize losses, and ensure a secure environment across operations. The role involves monitoring security systems, investigating incidents, and implementing loss prevention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and identify suspicious activities.
- Conduct routine security inspections of premises, warehouses, and retail outlets.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations and prepare detailed reports.
- Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies when required.
- Maintain records of incidents, security logs, and audit findings.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
- Train staff on security awareness and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure safety protocols and emergency response procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Criminology, Security Management, or relevant field).
- 1–2 years of experience in security operations or loss prevention (retail experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and security tools.
- Good communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
