Officer - Security & Loss Prevention

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Executive – Security & Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets, minimize losses, and ensure a secure environment across operations. The role involves monitoring security systems, investigating incidents, and implementing loss prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and identify suspicious activities.
  • Conduct routine security inspections of premises, warehouses, and retail outlets.
  • Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or policy violations and prepare detailed reports.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with security standards.
  • Liaise with law enforcement agencies when required.
  • Maintain records of incidents, security logs, and audit findings.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
  • Train staff on security awareness and loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure safety protocols and emergency response procedures are followed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Criminology, Security Management, or relevant field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in security operations or loss prevention (retail experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and security tools.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
