Job Title: Officer – Supply Chain

About Us:

Buffet Fusion Foods Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company specializing in premium ready-to-eat and frozen food products. We are expanding our supply chain operations and looking for an energetic and responsible Officer – Supply Chain to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physically pick and pack stocks for Kerala and Coimbatore regions.
• Handle billing and dispatch activities for assigned regions.
• Arrange vehicles and supervise loading and dispatch operations.
• Maintain and update stock records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare reports including:
• Indent vs. Dispatch report
• Loading case-wise report
• Vehicle cost report
• Stock report
• Submit PODs (Proof of Delivery) on time and coordinate with related teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Supply Chain / Logistics).
• 2–4 years of experience in FMCG or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of Tally / Excel and dispatch documentation.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work from the factory/warehouse environment.
