Job Description


  • Manage central purchasing processes and commercial relationships in the chain stores under their responsibility
  • Prepare annual budget planning in line with customer expectations and the company's profitability targets
  • Achieve turnover and market share targets
  • Develop appropriate sales plans by analyzing customer and consumer needs
  • Optimize the customer product portfolio, manage inventory and orders
  • Coordinate new product and packaging launches, plan in-store activities, and monitor their implementation
  • Plan campaigns based on needs by monitoring competitors' in-store activities
  • Play an active role in projects that support sales and marketing goals



General Qualifications


  • Graduated from universities' Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related departments
  • Experience in sales within the home care, personal care, or cosmetics categories
  • Minimum 3 years of FMCG/sales experience
  • Proficient in chain store management processes, experienced in budget and fund management
  • Analytical thinker, strong communicator, and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Possesses a Class B driver's license and is able to actively drive
  • Preferably fluent in English
