Offplan telesales

Job Description:

We are hiring a Executive - Telesales with prior experience in the real estate industry, preferably in off-plan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 150+ calls per day, with at least 60 connected calls
• Get in touch with clients and schedule meetings
• Work with both local and international leads
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate telesales is required (off-plan experience is preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings, to handle international leads
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
