We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Coordinator (Offshore) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our offshore facility management and cleaning services. The Site Coordinator will ensure smooth execution of all site activities, maintain high service standards, and act as the key point of communication between the offshore team and company management.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make operational decisions independently while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily site operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Make informed decisions on operational matters and resolve day-to-day challenges.
  • Communicate independently with management, supervisors, and site teams.
  • Supervise, guide, and monitor the performance of site supervisors and operational staff.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing site activities and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and offshore regulations.
  • Maintain a high standard of service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations on-site, including documentation and certification renewals (e.g., ID cards, health certificates, permits).
  • Ensure availability of required materials, consumables, and equipment at all times.
  • Conduct inspections of offices, accommodations, and work areas to identify and report maintenance or replacement needs.
  • Assist in preparing compliance and occupancy reports as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact during emergencies, coordinating timely and effective responses.
  • Support continuous improvement in operational efficiency and safety performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum: Diploma or higher educational qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within facilities management, offshore operations, or industrial cleaning services.
  • Language: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications for reporting and presentations.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations independently and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Offshore experience is preferred.
  • Must be safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene.
