Lead and manage O&M teams including L1 Field Technicians and L2 Network/Security Operations Engineers.
Oversee daily network operations, incident handling, field maintenance, and service restoration.
Allocate workload, plan shifts, and monitor team performance and service quality.
Provide technical direction, validate escalations, and support advanced troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, SOPs, and change management processes.
Coordinate with engineering, planning, vendor, and customer teams for complex issues and major incidents.
Conduct quality audits, RCA reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain updated documentation and implement training and upskilling programs.
Prepare operational reports and communicate status, risks, and performance to management.
Experience
5–8+ years in network O&M, NOC/SOC operations, or technical leadership roles.
Strong expertise in routing, switching, transmission, and security operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage 24/7 operational environments.
Experience in incident management, escalation handling, and process compliance.
