Job Purpose
Responsible for supervising daily on-ground B2B transportation operations to ensure smooth execution, on-time performance, and SLA compliance. Acts as the main point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal operations teams to maintain high service quality.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site B2B transportation operations and ensure adherence to approved schedules and plans.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure attendance, readiness, and compliance with operational and safety requirements.

Handle real-time operational issues, delays, and incidents on the ground in coordination with relevant teams.

Support clients on-site and respond to service requests or operational escalations as per defined procedures.

Monitor service quality and report operational performance, deviations, and incidents.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client SLAs.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience B2B operations or similar roles.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage on-site client interactions and routine escalations professionally
