Job Purpose
Responsible for leading and supervising daily on-ground B2B transportation operations to ensure smooth execution, on-time performance, and compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Acts as a senior point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal operations teams, while managing escalations and supporting continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily on-site B2B transportation operations and ensure adherence to approved schedules and plans.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure attendance, readiness, and compliance with operational and safety requirements.
- Act as a primary escalation point for real-time operational issues, delays, and incidents on the ground.
- Support clients on-site and manage service requests or escalations in coordination with internal teams.
- Monitor service quality, review operational performance, and prepare consolidated reports and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client SLAs, and support corrective actions when needed.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience B2B operations or similar roles.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and advanced problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead on-site client interactions and manage complex operational and client escalations professionally.
- Strong focus on compliance, safety standards, and proactive risk identification and prevention.
- Ability to review, validate, and consolidate operational and incident reports.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and leadership responsibility.
- Strong time management.
