We are seeking a proactive and organized Onboarding Manager to oversee high-volume employee onboarding across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and positive experience for all new hires by coordinating pre-joining formalities, documentation, induction programs, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for large batches of new hires.
• Coordinate with recruitment, HR, and business teams to ensure timely onboarding.
• Oversee documentation, background verification, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
• Track onboarding metrics and continuously improve process efficiency.
• Provide consistent communication and support to new joiners.

Here's what'll need -

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 10 years of experience in HR or onboarding operations, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and onboarding tools
