iSchool is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to support our mission of delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. The Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that new hires are effectively integrated into our company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success. This position involves coordinating onboarding activities, conducting orientation sessions, and providing ongoing support to new employees as they transition into their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new tutors and teachers.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new tutors with company policies, culture, and their specific roles.
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials and resources to support new tutors.
  • Work closely with various departments to coordinate training schedules and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new tutors, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback from new tutors regarding their onboarding experience and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in hiring new tutors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, tech recruitment, or a related area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
