Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related discipline with a focus on client-facing roles

Basic understanding of onboarding processes, client lifecycle, and customer success practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain product features and workflows in a clear and simple manner

Good organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Confidence in handling client interactions professionally

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic system configurations is a plus

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently

Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes

Experience required 1 to 2 years
In This Role, You'll Get To:

Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition

Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and set up accounts accordingly

Provide product training sessions to clients and their teams

Guide clients on system usage, features, and best practices

Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, support, operations) for seamless onboarding
-
Ensure all onboarding milestones are completed within timelines
-
Address client queries and resolve issues during the onboarding stage

Maintain onboarding documentation and provide regular status updates
-
Ensure a successful handover to support or account management teams after onboarding completion
