Title: Online Bidder

Are you good at writing winning proposals and building client relationships online? I am looking for an Online Bidder to help us grow by identifying and securing projects through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

What You’ll Do:-

• Write and submit compelling proposals on Upwork and other platforms.
• Analyze project requirements and customize bids accordingly.
• Communicate with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Work with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead conversion goals.

What I Am Looking For:

• 1+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, web/app development, or design.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Salary: PKR 40000 - PKR 50000 + commission & spiffs

Shift: 8 am to 4 pm (morning)
