Job Description
Upscale Valley is looking for a results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting high-quality proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements
- Communicate with clients professionally and follow up on submitted proposals
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for estimates and solutions
- Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
- Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets
- Suggest improvements to proposal strategy and bidding processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder or BD Executive
- Strong knowledge of Upwork and Fiverr bidding rules and algorithms
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Ability to understand technical and service-based requirements
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills (Plus Point):
- Experience with IT, Digital Marketing, Shopify, Amazon, or Software Services
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking sheets
- Understanding of pricing models and project estimation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
