Online Bidder / Lead Generation Executive (Hybrid)

We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and ensuring a high level of excellence. Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets. Both males and females are encouraged to apply.

Role & Responsibility:

• Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.
• Identify and research potential leads using a variety of methods, such as social media, email, and other digital channels
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Identify strong potential prospects, using initiative and creativity to generate outbound lead opportunities
• Create and execute campaigns that drive relevant prospects and build a strong pipeline of relevant prospects
• Outreach to people for joint venture.
• Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
• Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
• Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance portals on daily basis to acquire projects and converting those projects into long term sales

Requirements & Skills:

• Command on Freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer)
• Proposal writing
• Knowledge of drafting business proposals
• Proficient in using CRM software and marketing automation tools
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
• Business sales strategy
• Analyze marketing trends
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, organized, efficient and creative work ethic.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or similar.
