We are currently seeking a proficient Online Bidding Specialist (Bark Bidder) to join our energetic team and help expand our global client base through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Submit high-quality bids on Bark.com, Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance portals.

· Identify and pursue potential leads for web, app, and digital marketing projects.

· Communicate professionally with clients to understand their project needs.

· Prepare persuasive and customized proposals to win projects.

· Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for accurate bidding.

· Maintain and regularly update company profiles on all bidding platforms.

· Analyze bidding performance to refine and improve success rates.

· Attend online meetings with clients when required.

· Provide regular reports on bidding results, conversions, and revenue generated.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of proven experience in online bidding (Bark, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).

· Demonstrated success in winning projects and meeting revenue targets.

· Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.

· Strong understanding of IT, web design, and marketing services.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during the night shift.

· Ability to manage multiple bids and client communications simultaneously.

Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
