Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Etsy Store Specialist to fully manage and grow the client’s Etsy stores. You will be responsible for product listing to marketing, ensuring the shop runs efficiently and drives consistent sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Etsy store from A to Z

• Optimize product listings with effective titles, descriptions, tags, and SEO strategies

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to boost store visibility and sales

• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and generate regular performance reports

• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews professionally and promptly

• Stay updated on Etsy policies, marketplace trends, and competitor strategies

• Collaborate with the team to plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing an Etsy shop or online marketplace

• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and SEO

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

• Analytical approach to sales performance and marketing effectiveness
