Job Overview

Ethisol Marketing Firm is hiring an Online Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions, provide online support, and close sales through chat-based platforms, primarily WhatsApp. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to convert inquiries into successful deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and online chat platforms
• Share service details clearly and professionally with potential clients
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Handle customer support queries and resolve basic concerns
• Maintain proper records of chats, leads, and closed deals
• Coordinate with the internal team for service processing
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in online sales, chat support, or customer service
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and digital communication tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple chats
• Basic computer and internet knowledge

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital marketing or online service sales
• Prior experience dealing with local or international clients
