Online Store Manager / E-commerce Assistant (Entry-Level) – Lahore

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant / Online Store Manager to help manage and grow our online stores on Vinted, Depop, eBay, and our WordPress website.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to start their career in the E-commerce and digital retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on Vinted, Depop, eBay, and WordPress.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, shipping coordination, and customer inquiries.
• Write SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions to improve online visibility and sales.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns (social media promotions, email marketing, influencer outreach).
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for seasonal promotions and new product drops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
• Strong interest in E-commerce, fashion resale, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Vinted, Depop, eBay, or WordPress (WooCommerce) is a plus — training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple online platforms.
