Online Tutor (Strategy Marketing Trainer)

We are inviting applications for the position of Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Strategic Marketing program.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) – Strategic Marketing will conduct online sessions, assess student assignments, and guide learners in developing advanced marketing knowledge and strategic thinking aligned with international standards.
This is a remote, part-time, contractual role ideal for experienced marketing educators or professionals seeking a flexible teaching opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured, interactive online lectures for the Strategic Marketing program (Level 3–7).
• Evaluate assignments, case studies, and projects, providing constructive and timely feedback.
• Ensure course content delivery aligns with program objectives and quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate student progress, attendance, and performance records.
• Support and mentor learners in applying marketing theories to real-world business contexts.
• Participate in academic coordination or training meetings when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MBA, MSc Marketing, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in marketing, strategic management, or related areas.
• Experience with international diploma or vocational education programs is a plus.
• Skills Required:
• Strong grasp of marketing strategy, brand management, and business development concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
• Ability to engage learners effectively in an online environment.
• Strong evaluation and reporting skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
