Online Tutor(Accounting and Finance Trainer)

We are currently seeking applications from qualified candidates for the position of Online Tutor (Trainer) in the Accounting and Finance program.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) – Accounting and Finance will be responsible for delivering online lectures, evaluating student assignments, and guiding learners to develop strong financial management and accounting competencies aligned with international academic standards.
This is a part-time, contractual position with per lecture and per assignment-based compensation — ideal for professionals and educators seeking flexible remote teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online sessions for Accounting and Finance programs (Level 3–7).
• Assess and grade student assignments and projects with timely, constructive feedback.
• Ensure that teaching content and assessments meet course objectives and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation.
• Provide academic support to learners in understanding accounting principles, reporting standards, and financial analysis.
• Attend faculty coordination or academic meetings as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as M.Com, MBA (Finance), or MSc Accounting & Finance preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
• Experience in international diploma or vocational education programs will be an added advantage.
• Skills Required:
• Sound knowledge of financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and investment analysis.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct effective and interactive online sessions.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Contract & Compensation Details:

• Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
