Onsite Business Development Manager (ASAP)

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Onsite Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys building relationships, and can turn opportunities into measurable business growth.

As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with management to identify potential clients, develop partnerships, and execute outreach campaigns that strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with potential clients or partners via LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp (~25 personalized messages per week).

Sales Funnels & Campaigns:
Build and manage lead funnels, landing pages, and follow-up sequences (via GoHighLevel or similar CRM).

Client Relationship Management:
Nurture leads through consistent communication, follow-ups, and valuable engagement.

Content & Proposals:
Develop professional proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for prospective clients.

Community Engagement:
Build and manage WhatsApp or LinkedIn groups to engage leads and strengthen brand trust.

CRM Management:
Track, update, and analyze lead performance through CRM tools to ensure transparency and conversion optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital or tech sectors).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp marketing for outreach.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI) for writing and automation.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite at our Rawalpindi office.
