Job Description

We are seeking an organized and patient-focused OPD Coordinator to manage and coordinate outpatient department (OPD) operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and administrative departments to ensure smooth OPD functioning and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day OPD activities to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Guide patients and attendants regarding consultations, investigations, and procedures
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic departments for timely services
  • Maintain accurate OPD records, reports, and patient documentation
  • Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Ensure proper queue management and reduce patient waiting time
  • Assist in billing coordination and insurance-related documentation, if required
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety norms
  • Support administrative tasks as assigned by the department head

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduate (Hospital Administration preferred)
  • Experience: 1–4 years of experience in OPD or hospital front-office coordination

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Office)
  • Patient-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Availability: Immediate joining preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
