OPD Coordinator

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an outpatient department.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve minor complaints, provide procedures information and handle feedback.
• Prepare weekly reports, maintain inventory in examination rooms and uphold Hospital protocols and data confidentiality

Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Shift:- Evening
