Position :- Floor Manager/OPD Manager

Location : Rajouri Garden
Minimum 2-4yrs experience in same profile with good personality and English communication.

Job description:

• Oversee daily operations of the OPD to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for appointment and service management.
• Monitor patient registration, billing, and documentation processes.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient care standards, and hygiene guidelines.
• Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of OPD statistics, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Supervise and train front office and support staff in the OPD.
• Implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and reduce wait times.
• Liaise with other hospital departments for coordinated patient care.
