Opener/Intake (USA BASE REALESTAE) – Urgent Hiring - ON-SITE

Job Description:
TechBees Enterprises is hiring Sales Agents (Openers & Intake Specialists) for our USA-based Real Estate campaign. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your main responsibility is to receive inbound/outbound calls, understand the client’s situation, and transfer qualified leads to our closers.

This position requires strong communication skills, confidence in speaking with USA customers, and the ability to build interest with homeowners who may be facing financial or property-related hardships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Speak with homeowners in the USA and understand their situation
• Build rapport and show empathy with clients facing hardships
• Collect basic information and transfer qualified calls to closers
• Maintain clear communication and accurate call notes
• Represent the company professionally during all interactions

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Ability to understand and communicate with USA customers
• Smart communication style to keep clients engaged
• Basic understanding of sales or call center environment
• Ability to work night shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Previous experience in real estate campaigns
• Experience as a call center agent, opener, or intake specialist

Schedule:
Night Shift – 4 Days per Week
