Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Operation Assistant to join our operations team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensure smooth parcel handling, and assist the operations team in meeting delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with loaders and operations staff for parcel sorting and dispatch.
• Ensure accurate handling, scanning, and documentation of shipments.
• Support supervisors in monitoring parcel flow and operational efficiency.
• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure workplace safety and follow company operational procedures.
• Assist in resolving operational issues during the shift.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or courier operations preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work in night shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
