Operation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production schedules and inventory levels to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with various departments, including production, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and material usage.
• Identify and report any operational issues or opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and quality standards in the manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using software for data management and reporting (e.g., MS Office Suite, ERP systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
