Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing cum Operations Coordinator to handle digital marketing activities while supporting daily operational coordination. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing activities across social media, email, and online platforms
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for marketing materials
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Support lead generation and online promotions
• Coordinate daily operational tasks and follow up on assignments
• Maintain records, reports, and internal documentation
• Assist management with scheduling, communication, and task tracking

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with social media management or digital campaigns

Job Type: Full-time
