Faster Rent a Car is a leading luxury car rental company in Dubai, known for its premium fleet, high-performance vehicles, and exceptional customer service. As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our daily operations and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process rental contracts using TRS or similar car rental systems.
• Oversee the full rental process from booking confirmation to vehicle return.
• Communicate professionally with customers and handle inquiries or issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales, drivers, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor operational activities and resolve any issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all rental processes are properly documented.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a car rental company (mandatory).
• Strong experience using TRS or similar rental management systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Female candidates are preferred.
