Operation Executive

Manage and oversee air cargo and sea cargo clearance procedures with Dubai Customs, ports, and airport authorities. Prepare, review, and process all import/export documentation, including Bills of Entry, Delivery Orders, and related shipping documents. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customers to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery. Handle customs inspections, approvals, and related compliance requirements. Monitor and track cargo status to ensure on-time clearance and delivery. Resolve any operational issues related to cargo clearance, documentation discrepancies, or delays. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai Customs procedures, HS codes, and tariff regulations. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of cargo movement and clearance status. Support management with operational reports, cost control, and process improvements.
